Pilates is a great approach to boosting body and mind fitness that is suitable for a range of fitness levels and goals.
Focusing your mind and controlling your body with Pilates can help build strength and stability in your body. If you come to one of our Pilates classes we will guide you through routines designed to correct and improve your posture, build core strength and encourage peace of mind.

1-to-1 Private Class
1-to-1 Private Classes are usually held in your own home or a studio. The session is tailored to you and your needs and not a group as a whole allowing us to focus on what you want to get out of the class.
The benefits of a 1-to-1 Private class are above and beyond anything of a group class as you are receiving the sole attention of the teacher, who can really help hone your technique.
Private 1-to-1 classes are an hour long and cost £40. I cover Preston, Southport, Ormskirk & Chorley area.

1-to-3 Semi-Private Class
1-to-3 Semi-Private Classes are for those that want the benfits of a Private class but also want to work out with their friends or family members. Classes are usually held in your own home or a studio. The session is tailored to the needs of a small group of individuals allowing us to focus on what you want to get out of the class.
The benefits of a 1-to-31 Private class are above and beyond anything of a group class as you are receiving more of the attention of the teacher, who can really help hone your technique.
